Come run with us this fall with our Cross Country program! 

We welcome athletes of all skill levels; no experience is necessary!

Goal setting, warm-up, drills, age-appropriate workout (mileage 1-2 per day), fun games, core stability, stretches, and more!

Runner2Runner teams train in area parks and compete in local meets (if available). 

Training and race distances typically range from 1000m - 3000m, depending on the age of the athlete & location.
