Winter Training with Coach Howard - 12/09 Saturday - Middle school

Winter training - Saturday 12/09/23 (Middle School)

Coach Howard Lao will put on a 60 minute winter training session on Saturday 12/09.

This is a special pop up training day that will go over the winter warm up, drills, balance, short sprints, mini hurdles (if weather allows), take home off season workout, and what to expect for the 2024 spring track season.

1st - 5th graders (9:30 to 10:30) / 6th - 8th (11:00 - 12:00) [THERE'S TWO REGISTRATION]

Coach Howard Bio: 9th season HS hurdles coach at Cleveland HS
USATF Level 1 Track & Field coaching certification
Former HS Oregon State meet record holder -  #7 all time at University of Washington.

We will practice rain or shine - please dress accordingly! Parents are welcomed to stay to watch practice.
