SE Portland Fall Running Program

Come run with us this fall with our Cross Country program! 

We welcome athletes of all skill levels; no experience necessary!

Goal setting, warm up, drills, age appropriate workout (mileage 1-2 per day), fun games, core stability, stretches and more!

Team tshirt included in registeration fee

1st - 5th graders 

Location: Woodstock Park

Season: 09/18 to 11/01  

Dates:  Mondays & Wednesdays (2x per week) - Meets are usually on Thursdays (bi weekly and OPTIONAL)

Time: 4:30pm - 5:30pm
